Boston University Washington, DC Programs Boston University, Washington Programs (BU Study Abroad - Global Programs) The Boston University Washington Center is part of BU-Study Abroad.

The Center runs two programs: the Washington Internship Program and the Washington Multimedia Communications Program. Students can participate during the Spring, Summer or Fall semesters. Students in the Washington Internship Program intern full-time at organizations in Washington, DC, take academic courses at the Center and participate in programs that compliment their classroom and internship ex

perience. Students in the Washington Journalism Program are part of the BU News Service- Washington Bureau. Under the supervision of BU editors they write stories for Mid-Atlantic and New England papers.
