While enrolled in the Master’s in Information Technology (IT) Management program at Georgetown, Chaudhary Muhammad Yaseen (G’24) was inspired by Cura Personalis, or care for the whole person. Motivated by the University’s mission-driven values of giving back to the community, Yaseen's Capstone led to the founding of a healthcare nonprofit in Pakistan, blending IT and healthcare to inspire change.

On July 2, President Biden signed the National Plan to End Parkinson's Act into law. But before the bill was passed, Carol Blymire, faculty director of the Public Relations & Corporate Communications program at SCS, and her former student, Kelley Moore (G’18) played key roles in the communications campaign, working alongside Congress members and the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
