The HRM Capstone is the culminating experience of the Georgetown Master’s in HRM program. Students complete unique and original projects that make a creative contribution that advances an organization or the HR profession. This spring, two student teams worked with Airbus on demanding consulting engagements for their Capstone projects.
Sarah Hillenbrand, Claire Chih and Ho Jung Pak worked on a Global HR project with Airbus' One Web Satellites Americas and Europe, and presented their report to the company's Top Management Team at their new facility near the Kennedy Space Center, Florida .
