Fraternity of Firsts

• First national fraternity to charter a chapter in all 50 states

• First national fraternity to eliminate racial requirements

• First national fraternity to have a national grade point average surpassing 3.0

• First national fraternity to establish a traveling staff to assist chapters in effective operations

• First national fraternity to establish a housing trust for a

ll chapters and create a National Housing Corporation

• First national fraternity to provide financial assistance to brothers for graduate school through the Resident Scholar program

• First national fraternity to build a fraternity foundation with an endowment greater than $11 million

• Currently, over 15,000 undergraduates are SigEps, more than any other national fraternity.

• Over 300,000 lifetime members ranks SigEp among the largest national fraternities.

• Sigma Phi Epsilon has the greatest number of fraternity houses, with over 200 chapter homes. Of those, over 115 are owned by local SigEp Alumni and Volunteer Corporations.
