Congratulations to Kayla LeBlanc '15 for recently accepting a new job as a Career Coach & Navigator at the Community College System of New Hampshire!
"Under the GO-NORTH Rural Health Transformation (RHT) grant, I will be providing individualized coaching, case management, and barrier removal services to support participants in the northern region of New Hampshire entering or advancing in rural healthcare careers. This role involves building partnerships with employers and training providers to connect individuals with resources and facilitate successful employment pathways," shared Kayla.
When asked how her Thomas education has prepared her for this role, Kayla stated "As a psychology major at Thomas College, my classes weren’t just about theories—especially under the guidance of my favorite professor, Cindy Lepley, who taught me how to truly listen and understand what drives people. Now I will be using those exact skills to help northern residents overcome barriers to build careers in healthcare."
