Food Preservation - That's Our Jam! 🍓

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Food Preservation Workshop on Saturday! This class covered various aspects of home canning including instructions on water bath & pressure canning methods with hands-on experience. Interested in producing food in your home to sell?

One of our food safety specialists hosted a series of virtual webinars aimed at answering some commonly asked questions about important considerations.

While the webinars were previously recorded, the information is still important and relevant. These recorded webinars focus on:

1. What foods can be produced in-home?
2. Who can be a home baker or cottage food producer?
3. Where can home-produced foods be sold?
4. When should I reach out for help?

The answers to these questions and much more can be found in the respective recordings shared here:https://foodsafety.osu.edu/cottage-foods-home-bakeries/food-safety-webinars?utm_campaign=faes_marketing-activity_fy27&utm_content=1785244501&utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook&fbclid=IwY2xjawTrBkpwZG9mAWV4dG4DYWVtAjEwAGJyaWQRMU1ZcW1JbWVHRjdOSnVDTFFzcnRjBmFwcF9pZBAyMjIwMzkxNzg4MjAwODkyAAEeb297QHwcxH4tcIEOgqMhh2OyOX9w_x_EjYUrlBjAnoiEsHMEAdT0fh7YOyc_aem_yqbtAi2kb4Ds7TRVcrZ5gw
