The Webster Groves campus will operate remotely on Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2026. The Emerson Library and University Center will be closed, and the evening’s film series screening will be cancelled.

The University will continue to monitor conditions and will send updated messages as needed.

UPDATE: The Webster Groves campus will be closed both Saturday, Jan. 24, and Sunday, Jan. 25, due to dangerously cold weather and potentially heavy snowfall.

Webster University campuses in the U.S. are closed today, Jan. 19, in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

In-person classes for the semester will begin tomorrow.

Due to the unexpected strength of today's snowstorm (Dec. 1, 2025), the Webster Groves campus is closing for the rest of the day. All remaining classes will be held online. Students should contact their professors for instructions about logging in to classes remotely. The Emerson Library and the University Center will close immediately. Dining services in Marletto's will be held during regular weekday hours, but all other food services will be closed. Today's basketball game has already been cancelled.

Happy Thanksgiving! Today (Nov. 27) and tomorrow (Nov. 28) U.S. campuses will be closed. Campuses will reopen Monday, Dec. 1. Enjoy the time off and the holiday festivities! 🍂🥧
