The Refinery Restaurant will open on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. Below is the menu. Seating is from 11:00am - 12:15pm Wednesday and Thursday. Friday seating is from 11:00am - 12:30pm. To make reservations, call 607-587-3175 or 585-593-6270 ext. 3175 (as soon as you hear the voice, enter 3175). If you wish to place a take out order call between 8:30am - 10:20am.

Meet Hunter!
Hunter’s passion for baking started at Ellicottville BOCES, where he studied Culinary Arts and graduated in 2021. He continued honing his craft at Alfred State University, earning degrees in Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts in 2023 and 2024.

As one of our longtime baker’s assistants, Hunter has been part of our bakery journey nearly since our opening and plays a key role behind the scenes every day. He’s the hands behind many of the fresh loaves that come out of our ovens each morning and the dedicated caretaker of our sourdough starters—making sure they stay happy, healthy, and ready to rise!
