Big thanks to art director Sam Cush of J2 for hosting our WCU // GAID students during our studio tour! The socially aware work J2 takes on was such a great fit for our ART400: Design for Social Good students and a really nice way to kick off the day.
Always great catching up with Chara & Mike Smith of Smith & Diction — Design & Copywriting! Their presentation was equal parts inspiring and impressive, especially hearing about their approach to seeking out different types of clients and never wanting to just design the same thing over and over.
And lastly, it was really great seeing Tully Ryan, one of our WCU_GAID grads!
