During the 2024 election cycle SML partnered with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc, Omega Zeta Omega Chapter for a voter education and registration drive. We went into a deep red MAGA section in Bucks County PA, there were MAGA signs everywhere. We went anyway! We felt then, as we still do, that our voices and our votes matter.

The world has definitely changed since 2024, groceries are high with hunger and food insecurities growing, gasoline prices are over the top, we are in a war, and ICE runs rapid!

We can’t sit on the sidelines and not participate in the electoral process, as we can see the stakes are just too high!

Make you voice heard make your vote matter! A voteless people is a hopeless people! Get in good trouble and vote!
