Orange Vanilla Tartarium
Kettle-Soured Ale 5.3%

Tartarium is our base kettle sour. Every batch is acidified for 1-2 days in the kettle with lactobaccillus, before boiling and fermentation with English Ale yeast. We've added orange zest and vanilla beans to this version for some easy drinking, tart, summer fun.

Available on Draft in house and in 16oz Cans To Go!

We are excited to announce our 2nd annual MoveAThon! 💚

Hillsdale MOVE-A-THON is coming soon! This fun fitness fundraiser is all about getting our bodies moving and experiencing new ways to stay active. All students participate in Move-A-Thon! Those who optionally choose to raise funds to support our school are eligible for exciting prizes, so get ready to sponsor your favorite Husky!

Move-A-Thon 2021 is October 22nd during school. Stay tuned for a flyer with more details coming home next week.
