The Henry C. Lee Institute welcomed a distinguished delegation from the Polish National Police today as part of their visit to The University of New Haven. University of New Haven

The visit provided an opportunity to highlight the Institute’s work in forensic science, investigative education, & professional training while fostering dialogue with senior law enforcement leaders from across Poland.
International engagement & the exchange of ideas continue to strengthen partnerships that advance forensic science & public safety around the world.

🔍 Forensic Adobe Photoshop Training — Oct. 19–20, 2026

The Henry C. Lee Institute of Forensic Science is offering a two‑day, hands‑on Forensic Adobe Photoshop course designed specifically for law enforcement professionals who process digital evidence, prepare casework, & support courtroom presentations.

Instruction will be led by Chief Gerald Narowski (ret.), a veteran investigator, crime scene supervisor, and expert in forensic photography and digital image clarification.

Course Topics Include:
• Forensic Digital Imaging Foundations
• Legal Considerations & Best Practices
• Adobe Photoshop Workflow Essentials
• Basic & Advanced Image Corrections
• Pattern Evidence Clarification
• Courtroom Exhibits & Report Preparation

Participants will have full access to Adobe Photoshop and the University of New Haven Computer Lab throughout the course.

His vision, leadership, and unwavering commitment to advancing forensic science shaped generations of students, practitioners, and scholars around the world.

Dr. Lee’s legacy is reflected in the Institute he built, the countless professionals he mentored, and the global impact of his work across some of the most significant investigations of our time. His belief in the power of knowledge and his motto — “Make the impossible possible” — continue to guide our mission.
