What a great session we had last week with Kevin Pattain Jr. from Travelers! 🧳

He shared his journey from MAIOP to learning effectiveness, how his many roles gave him many skills to apply to jobs like building a strong foundation in recruiting, and the importance of making connections.

Our Mock Interview Sessions with Metropolitan Business Academy students were a huge success! 🎉💼

With the support of our incredible volunteers, students gained real-world interview experience, practiced answering tough questions, and received valuable feedback to boost their confidence. From individual and panel interviews to learning how to make a strong first impression, this event truly helped them prepare for future career opportunities!

Just had an incredible session with Rachel Horvath, where we explored leveraging diverse skills for innovative solutions, and learned how to make ourselves valuable assets. !! 💯
We had interactive discussions on stepping out of our comfort zones and the importance of in and out of office relationships. Such an inspiring event! 😍

Huge thanks to everyone who joinedus. Can't wait to have more sessions like this and hope to bring along more amazing speakers like Rachel to guide us and share their insights about the field !🙌
