A year ago, if someone had told me that I would be recognized among the Top 5 Campus Directors in North America, I probably would not have believed them.
As an international student at the University of New Haven, I took on the role of Campus Director with a simple goal: create opportunities for students to turn ideas into impact. What started as planning meetings, recruiting volunteers, and encouraging students to participate gradually became something much bigger, a community of innovators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers willing to take action.
Today, I am incredibly grateful to share that I have been selected as one of the Top 5 Campus Directors in North America for the Hult Prize Global Community Awards 2026, representing the University of New Haven. ๐๐
This recognition is not mine alone. It belongs to every student who pitched an idea, every team that stayed late refining their solution, every mentor and judge who shared their expertise, and every supporter who believed in what we were building on campus.
One of the most rewarding parts of this journey has been seeing students step outside their comfort zones, collaborate across disciplines, and realize that they can create solutions to real-world challenges. That is what the Hult Prize is truly about.
I am proud of what we accomplished together, and even more excited about what comes next.
The Hult Prize Global Community Awards 2026 will be streamed live this Friday, June 26, from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM GMT. I would be honored to have your support as we celebrate student impact from around the world.
