Some significant leadership changes are taking place at Purdue University College of Engineering.
Dean Arvind Raman has been confirmed as U.S. Under Secretary of Commerce for Standards and Technology and will also serve as Director of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
With this transition, Mark Lundstrom, founding director of nanoHUB and Purdue University's Chief Semiconductor Officer, has been appointed Interim Dean of Purdue Engineering.
For decades, Dr. Lundstrom has helped shape generations of engineers and researchers through his leadership in semiconductor education and research, as well as his vision for nanoHUB's global learning community. We look forward to seeing Purdue Engineering continue its tradition of excellence under his leadership.
Please join us in congratulating Dr. Lundstrom on his appointment!
