The brothers of Delta Pi Rho Fraternity, Inc. celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month as we observe Latino leaders and accomplishments of the past, present, and future.

Signed into law and established by President Lyndon Johnson in 1968, National Hispanic Heritage Week aimed to recognize the hispanic minority in the country. It was expanded to a month in 1988 and has since served as a time for the American Latino populace to be proud and commemorate the overcoming of challenges they’ve faced.

Today, the U.S. hispanic group totals 68 million people, about 20% of the national population. Delta Pi Rho aims to prop up young Latino men and advance the Latino interest by embracing and promoting academics, loyalty, leadership, and brotherhood.
