What a weekend celebrating our West Liberty University BSN Class of 2026 💛
On Friday evening, our graduates took part in the long-standing nursing tradition of pinning, surrounded by the family, friends, faculty, and supporters who helped them reach this moment. The night ended with laughter, stories, pictures, and dinner shared with the people who stood beside them through exams, clinicals, caffeine, and chaos.
Then on Saturday, they officially crossed the stage as West Liberty graduates.
This class truly represents what makes our program special. Among them were student athletes balancing practices and clinicals, leaders involved in SGA and campus organizations, students who traveled from other states and even other countries to pursue nursing at WLU, and individuals who overcame challenges most people never saw. Through every change, challenge, and transition, they adapted with resilience and professionalism which is exactly what great nurses do.
We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you and cannot wait to see the impact you make on the profession and the patients who will one day call you “my nurse.”
Congratulations, Class of 2026. Once a Hilltopper nurse, always a Hilltopper nurse. 🩺
