Campus might be closed, but our classes are still rockin'! Dr. Ennis's READ 512 students gave presentations on various assessments used in measuring mastery of skills such as reading comprehension and word recognition.

We may not be face-to-face, but the convenience of technology has allowed us to continue learning together. Distance learning is an option for all our students regardless of the current situation.

We hope that everyone is staying safe and healthy. Be rest assured that we are still working hard, and can't wait to reunite with our fellow Hilltoppers!

These M.A.Ed. students successfully presented their Capstone projects this past Saturday. On Saturday, December 14, they will celebrate their achievement of a master’s degree during the WLU Commencement ceremony. Congratulations!

Today was a wonderful day to graduate with a master's degree in education from West Liberty University! We are so proud of all our graduates and all of the more than 360 students who earned degrees today! On to the next adventure!

Monday Motivation! A teacher from Kenya won the $1M Global Teacher Award on March 25. He believes to be a great teacher, you must do more and talk less - that is what Dr. Elkins at WLU also teaches her students! We are proud of all the dedicated educators working to become even better by earning their MAEd! Join us!

This teacher gave away 80% of his salary to help his students in need—now he’s getting a $1 million prize.
