Effective communication is critical to efforts to reduce the risks of climate change. In our new article, “Understanding six ‘key truths’ about climate change predicts policy support, discussion, and political advocacy” in the journal Climatic Change, we investigated predictors of public support for government action on climate change, seeking and sharing information about climate change, and engaging in political advocacy to support climate action. We focused on the role that six “key truths” about climate change play in predicting these attitudes and actions.
