The mentors assist students by providing insight into their experience and knowledge base as successful School of Education students. Our Junior and Senior mentors provide their mentees with personalized guidance and information regarding their specific education programs and K-12 school-based experiences, as well as Monmouth University social and academic information. School of Education administration provide mentors guidance and support as needed.

The 2012-2013 PAM program kicked off on Wednesday, September 19th with the orientation in Magill Commons. After Peer Advising Coordinators welcomed everyone to the event, the PAM members began a fun ice-breaking activity. Refreshments were served and all the mentors and mentees left with smiles on their faces. They were excited to have made new friends, with the mentors sharing useful information and the mentees gaining valuable insight, contact information, and confidence. Through this program, the mentees will continue to learn and grow as they embark on their new academic and career paths.
