Attention artists ๐ŸŽจ: submit your application for The Gallery at MCCC's Artist Residency!

Today is the day! Apply for our 2027 Spring Residency Program from 9/1 - 10/31 using our CaFE link below!

https://opportunities.wearecreativewest.org/opportunity/18060/CAFE

We are looking for four artists (two from Mercer county and two residing outside the county) that will foster artistic exploration and collaboration. The residency is broken up into two three-week terms; term A starting on January 25 - Feb 12 and term B starting on Feb 22 - Mar 12.

Residents will have the opportunity to utilize one of the two side gallery spaces to create an exhibition or performance based project and showcase their work co-currently with another resident artist in the mirroring space.

During the residency, artists are required to collaborate with MCCC students on their project and conduct a workshop in the main gallery space.

A $350 stipend will be awarded to each resident at the end of their time with us.

We require applicants to submit a portfolio, resume, artist statement, project proposal and application fee of $35. Please contact us with any questions at [email protected].

This exhibit is made possible, in part by the Mercer County Culture and Heritage Commission through funding from the Mercer County Board of Commissioners and the NJ State Council of the Arts, a partner agency of the National Endowment of the Arts.
