I love this photo of the Women's Rights group from Westfield College. Vera Endsley is the only person I can definitely identify. How about you? The sign is unclear. It says "1908 Women's Rights. Men Should. . ." I guess we'll never know what men should do.

What is your connection to Westfield College? My family lived in town during its final days, but so far, I don't know of any relatives who attended. How about you?

This is a year of anniversaries for Westfield College, most notably, it is 150 years since the college was chartered and 100 years since the full college closed! It operated a few years before 1865 as a "Seminary" and a couple of years after 1915 as a junior college and also housed the local high school.
