TRiO SSS is continuing our financial literacy focus this week, and we are ending the week with SCHOLARSHIP information!

WCJC has scholarship opportunities that can help make college more affordable, but there is one important step students should not overlook: complete your FAFSA!

Even if you think you won’t qualify for financial aid, APPLY ANYWAY. Don’t count yourself out before you have even tried!

Scholarship eligibility varies, with opportunities based on factors such as financial need, academics, program of study, location, and more. Visit our website: https://www.wcjc.edu/Admissions/financial-aid/scholarships.aspx
⭐ 70+ WCJC endowed scholarships
⭐ Award amounts vary
⭐ Applications are accepted year-round and awards may be made based on available funds.

Your job is to complete the FAFSA, explore your options, and APPLY! Let the scholarship committee determine what opportunities may be available to you.

TRiO SSS can help you navigate the process, locate scholarship resources, and find opportunities that may be a good fit.

What exactly does TRiO SSS do?

More than you may realize!

Some TRiO SSS services may overlap with services provided by other departments across WCJC, and that collaboration is SO important. Many of these services are also federally required components of the TRiO Student Support Services grant and must be provided to our eligible TRiO participants.

From academic tutoring and course selection guidance to financial aid assistance, financial literacy, and transfer support, TRiO SSS works alongside our campus partners to help students move from App2Cap🎓

Different offices. Shared goals. Federally required TRiO services. One mission: student success.
