Last week, we welcomed our newest “legacy” students and their families at our annual Legacy Student Photo and Reception. These are students who have alumni parents, grandparents, great-grandparents . . . some of these students are seventh generation Wheaties!

At the event, families had the opportunity to hear from Dr. Ryken, as well as make connections and look through old yearbooks. Some students even got to see what their parents looked like when they were students at Wheaton!

Alumni parents, it was great to have you back on campus. Students, your photo will appear in the winter issue of Wheaton magazine. Until then, welcome to the family!

In honor of classes starting soon, we’re throwing it back to class registration in 1955!

These days, students register completely online for classes, but it’s always a daunting process to figure out subjects, class times, and professors. Still, it’s definitely an improvement on what we see happening here!
