"Hundreds of Manchester, NH and greater Boston youth were touched by Dreamer’s Ranch, and I know God is working deeply to reach more in the future. We supported the start of multiple community gardens in Manchester, NH where kids had free access to the food they grew. Beyond programs at the ranch, we held many programs in the urban area itself, bringing the farm and the Gospel TO the children.
Many of the now adults (we started in 2017), have given their lives to the Lord, some even becoming pastors. It makes me cry with joy and awe. I am so thankful.
We are no longer with Dreamer’s Ranch, but my husband and I still support many of the urban youth partner organizations we knew. We also support an orphanage in Kenya, soon sending a few young men and women to get their degree in regenerative agriculture so they can begin grass roots farming and growing their own food.
We also own and operate our own regenerative, organic beef, pork and chicken farm in Litchfield, NH called Pelletier Farms (https://pelletierfarmsnh.com/). The vision is to begin providing gospel-centric farm camps for local children and urban youth once again as soon as possible. Last month we had 85 sixth graders on the farm for a tour to see our 4,000 chicks, 50 cows, and 50 piglets. It was a blast! There is so much to learn about Jesus and Christianity, Scripture, and our lives through nature and farming when coupled with solid study of the Word and discipleship.
We are very blessed and thankful, and I owe a HUGE amount of this blessing, reach, and success to the Wheaton College M.A. Outdoor & Adventure Leadership program. I would never, ever have been able to attend had it not been for the incredible Billy Graham Urban/Ethnic Ministry Scholarship.
