The IICL is in the process of upgrading the entire CISG Database into new database software -- better organization, navigation and functionality coming your way! However, we need a few students to help us out with short term projects related to the re-design. The project should only 1-3 weeks (part-time) and can be done remotely (paid stipend available). Applicants must be familiar with the CISG and fluently speak one or more of the following languages: German, Finnish, Danish, French, Dutch, Italian, Serbian, Hungarian, Romanian, Slovak, Russian, Chinese, Polish, Spanish, Greek, Japanese, Portuguese, Swedish, and Croatian. UNCITRAL's WORKING GROUP III ON ODR TO SHIFT FOCUS: General consensus at the latest UNCITRAL Commission session results in WG III moving away from developing ODR procedural rules (for resolution of low-value, high-volume e-commerce disputes) and re-focusing to draft "Notes", reflecting elements of the ODR process that have achieved consensus within the WG to date.
