Huge shoutout to our placers for battling through tough brackets and earning their spots. 👏 And to every girl who stepped on the line this weekend — way to put points on the board and represent! We grow together, we compete together.

Jimmy May was our last tournament before Conference & Nationals. Now it’s time to sharpen!

Conference will be Next Friday the 27th, and Friends University gets the honor of hosting it in the Garvey Gym!

Come out and support our ladies as they compete on our home mat.

Martinez was this years 2024 USAWKS state champion along with a Freestyle & Greco state runner up finish.

Karla will join the Falcons from Bishop Carroll High School

Help us welcome Graduate Assistant, Austin Zaring‼️

Zaring was a part of the first graduating class for Friend’s University Men’s Wrestling and was a two year varsity starter for the Falcons, after transferring from Labette County Community College. Prior to Friends, Zaring was an assistant coach for Wichita NW from 2020-21, where he coached three state placers, two finalists, and one state champion. He will be a graduate assistant for both the Men’s and Women’s team this coming season.

Help us welcome another new Falcon for the upcoming fall campaign, Gracie Orr‼️

Gracie is a transfer from Ellsworth CC and a Valley Center HS graduate. Orr represented ECC at the NJCAA national championships and was a KSHSAA medalist.
