My name is Adam Melichar. I have worked in secondary education for 16+ years. As a former school counselor, I have over a decade’s worth of experience navigating the college process. I have my Bachelors of Science in Education from Emporia State University and my Masters in School Counseling from Wichita State University. Beyond my professional experience and my education, what I pride myself on is my service to those for whom I work. There can be benefits to a few sessions as a sophomore, but the best time to utilize a college consultant is prior to, or during a student's junior year.

What is College Consulting and Why Finch’s?

Navigating the college process and preparing all the materials needed for admission takes time, diligence, and a personal touch; things that many high schools can not provide.
