A little late but last week the 2026 MJT traveled north to compete at the American Royal contest in Omaha, Nebraska. The team would like to extend a huge thank you to the Edwards and Beeman families for their hospitality and hosting the team on the way up! Additionally, the team enjoyed an awesome tour of Greater Omaha Packing! Contest results are as follows:

Please join us in honoring Roger as the 2026 Hall of Fame Inductee. Roger’s contributions to EOSC and the Meat Judging/Meat Science programs have been greatly appreciated.

WILBURTON, Oklahoma – Eastern Oklahoma State College is set to host the 7th Annual Agricultural Hall of Fame Celebration on Saturday, Dec. 12, at 6 p.m. at the Goddard building on the EOSC Wilburton campus. This year’s inductee is longtime Meats Judging coach and instructor, Roger Stites.

NEWS RELEASE: Eastern announces spring 2026 honor rolls

WILBURTON, Oklahoma – There were 136 students named to the President’s Honor Roll, which requires a 4.0 grade point average in 12 or more credit hours during the semester.
There were 240 students named to the Dean’s Honor Roll, after completing 12 semester credit hours with at least a 3.0 grade point average and no grade lower than a “C.”
