💬 "My goal is to lead schools that provide alternative models and pathways for at-risk students. Based in Avoca, Pennsylvania, Doug will join fellow educational leaders at Residency this July, where participants engage in meaningful collaboration, professional learning, and networking with colleagues from across diverse educational settings. Residency provides a unique opportunity for aspiring superintendents to connect theory and practice while building relationships that extend well beyond the classroom experience.

Through the Superintendent Certification program, Doug is expanding his leadership capacity and preparing for the next chapter of educational leadership.
