We are so proud to share that the Wilkes University Nesbitt School of Pharmacy just took home the National Media and Communications Award in the National Consumers Leagueโ€™s 2026 Script Your Future Team Challenge, reaching many local patients with life-changing medication adherence education.

Weโ€™re so proud of what our team accomplished this year.

The Wilkes University Nesbitt School of Pharmacy brought STEM learning to the ballpark at the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders game!โšพ๐Ÿงช

Fans tested their skills in our โ€œAccuracy in Measuringโ€ activity, learning how precision plays a critical role in pharmacy, science, and patient care. From hands-on measuring challenges to connecting STEM concepts with real-world healthcare applications, it was a fun day of learning and baseball! ๐Ÿฅผ๐Ÿ“โšพ

Faculty member ๐ƒ๐ซ. ๐‹๐ž๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐š ๐–๐š๐ซ๐ฎ๐ง๐ž๐ค and alumna ๐ƒ๐ซ. ๐๐ข๐ค๐ค๐ข ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฏ๐ค๐š (โ€™25) had a wonderful time participating in the STEAM Fair at Weatherly Area School District! Students explored the importance of medication safety through a hands-on activity focused on accurately measuring liquid medication.

From reading dosing devices correctly to practicing precise measurement, students gained valuable experience while learning how pharmacists help keep patients safe every day.๐Ÿฅผ๐Ÿฉบ๐Ÿ’Šโœจ
