Sigma Phi Epsilon is the nations largest fraternity with almost 15,000 undergraduate members and more than 280,000 total members. SigEp was founded in 1901 at the University of Richmond, and has since become the leading fraternal organization in the country. y. There is no pledging process and zero tolerance for hazing. SigEp is dedicated to supplementing the college experience to build balanced men. Nationally, SigEp's leadership continuum has helped thousands of students every year develop their leadership skills. The continuum consists of local EDGE programs, regional Carlson Leadership Academies, the Ruck Leadership Institute, and the Tragos Quest to Greece.
