On March 14, 2008, 12:45 p.m., the Third District Representative (DR) of Omega Psi Phi, Inc., Brother Mark Jackson emailed the Grand Keeper of Records and Seal (KRS), Brother Charles Bruce, copied other Grand Officers and Brother Charles Wynder, Sr., ZMM Chapter organizer; Subject: Newly Approved Chapter Charter for the Third District. The message read “Brother Grand KRS, as you recall, the Third
District Request to Charter a new chapter was approved on contingency of your receiving the proper documentation. The attached documents have been sent to International Headquarters (IHQ) and are due to arrive on Thursday, March 20th. The ZMM Charter was subsequently received by U.S. Mail with the following citation: Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, Chapter Charter. To All Whom it May Concern – Greetings: Be it known that the Supreme council of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity has hereby established the Zeta Mu Mu #933 Chapter located at Williamsburg, VA. In Testimony whereof, and by authority committed to us by the Articles of Incorporation, we have caused this charter to be duly signed and sealed this Fourteenth day of March in the year of our Lord, 2008.
