Lycoming College is pleased to announce the appointment of Walter C. Williams as vice president for college advancement. Williams brings more than 30 years of experience leading advancement teams and fundraising efforts at public and private institutions.

In his new role, Williams will report to the president, serve on the administrative cabinet, and lead the College’s fundraising and alumni engagement efforts, including major and planned gifts, annual giving, alumni relations, advancement services, and foundation relations.

Lycoming College is proud to announce a new partnership with the Pennsylvania State Police. This cooperative agreement creates a streamlined pathway for students to earn internship credit while completing cadet basic training at the PSP Academy, graduating with both a Lycoming degree and a career as a state trooper.

Open to students from any major, this opportunity combines rigorous academic preparation with hands-on professional training, positioning graduates to enter the workforce one step ahead.
