Turner is very excited about the opportunity to work in the greenhouse and hopes to gain experience creating engaging material to help inform and teach everyone “all things plants” while incorporating her love for marine life!

We’ve heard you, so here it is!

The Kresge Greenhouse and the Department of Art and Art History is finally hosting “Growing in 3D” plant sale next Thursday, April 30! From 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, come support our ART 370 students by purchasing one of their 3D printed clay planters and pot it with a desired greenhouse plant!
We’ll be located in front of the greenhouse in the garden area with tables of plants you’d want in your spring garden! A selection of veggies, herbs, flowers, trees, succulents and more will be available. See you there!

The Kresge Greenhouse is more than just plants! Did you know it’s also one of the first applied learning spaces on campus, where students can volunteer, intern, and complete their direct independent studies?
Here, we take a look at our Kresge Greenhouse Spring 2026 Environmental Engineering Intern Caden Tucker ()! As a senior environmental science student, Caden has been working in the greenhouse with Ms. Aguilar to create a tool that will benefit green spaces and plant-related communities.
