Your Ratio Christi student leaders! 🎉

Jack is a senior majoring in Philosophy & Religion and Film Studies. He loves exploring New Testament history and discussing philosophy, as well as playing music, reading, and photography.

Ashley is a senior majoring in Biochemistry with a minor in Forensic science. Her favorite place to be is on a mountain trail or with her friends. She also enjoys music, literature, and deep conversations.

Carolyn is a junior majoring in Recreation Therapy with a minor in Assistance Dog Training and Psychology. She loves creating inclusive environments for ministry, the beach, and spontaneous adventures with friends.

Chris is a senior getting his degree in Philosophy. He is our resident C.S. Lewis expert, and he enjoys reading and learning about a wide range of topics- as well as dabbling in writing on the side.

Maddie-Anne is a senior majoring in Recreational Therapy with a minor in Psychology. She loves deep conversations, reading, playing volleyball, and spending time with her cat Princess Muffin.

Caleb is a sophomore majoring in Finance and Accounting with a minor in music. He loves playing piano, singing, hiking, and spending time with friends.

An existential crisis with a side of pizza!🍕😎

Is truth relative?🤔
Can you trust what your eyes tell you?🧐
Is logic valid or just another form of manipulation? 🤨
Can we really know anything?🥺

If we can’t know anything, then how can we trust God exists, the Bible is true, or that Jesus rose from the dead?🤯

Clearly, to know if Christianity is true, we first must know whether anything is true.

They’re in! We’ve designed new shirts for our students, staff, and supporters. We are defenders of the faith in service of our King! 👑

2 Cor 10:3-5:
For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds. We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ.”

While there is an overall theme to our topics this semester, please feel free to drop in on the topics that most interest you.

We have 10 different speakers lined up this Fall, so there will be a wide variety of views on these topics.

This is a place to ask questions freely and discuss difficult ideas without judgment. Do not be afraid to speak up and voice doubts. Ask good questions, seek good answers! 🙌

We are a club that thrives at the intersection of faith and reason, and we strongly believe they coexist and find their ultimate reality in Christ.

Ratio Christi is apologetics-focused, meaning we teach and defend the reality of our Christian faith.

We care deeply for sharing the gospel to the campus and world around us! Together, we train to share the good news of Jesus the King.

If you’re looking for a faith community at UNC Wilmington, you’re curious about the Christian faith, or you’re skeptical that anyone could take the Bible seriously, Ratio Christi is the place for you!

If the Devil has been an enemy of God and man since the beginning, why does he only appear so late in the biblical narrative?🧐 Why does he seem to simply be doing his job in the Book of Job rather than maliciously attacking Job unprompted?🤔 Does the New Testament misinterpret the Old Testament about Satan?🤨 Why doesn’t Lucifer have a consistent title across scripture?🤷‍♂️ And was it Satan or God that tempted David?
