Our Viking Class Sponsor, Janice Shaw '61 Crouse and her husband, Gilbert Crouse Sr, were honored at the 2021 Asbury Reunion in June with the A Award. Congratulations to you both. It was well deserved and we're so glad it has finally happened. The Viking Class is so honored to have had you as our dear friend and our Leader in those early days of our Freshman year.

Robert Bickert was a member of our Viking Class of 1964. I "stumbled" on the announcement that he passed away this morning when I was searching for the service of Lynn Smith, the wife of Winston Smith and the Mother of Stu and Steve (twins) and Shannon.

I am saddened to tell you that Kurt Valade '64, left us here on this earth on Wednesday morning, May 5, 2021, unexpectedly. Alan and I along with Scott and Cookie Poynter will be there for the service at the church on Saturday. We are all devastated but we know he is in Heaven with his family who proceeded him.
