The English Department and School of Humanities invites you to attend the Victor R. Small Writers Series on Wednesday, March 22 at 7 p.m. in Howard Chapel.

Jon Pineda, a novelist, poet, and writer of nonfiction, will read from his work and talk about creative writing. Pineda teaches at the College of William & Mary and in the Queens University of Charlotte MFA program.

NBA XPLOR is a Christian, faith-based, 10-month, congregationally hosted Residency for 21- to 30-year-olds who are discerning lives of care and service. The Residency runs mid-August through mid-June each program year. Residents care for and learn from others in community-engagement internships.

Barton College will be holding a Healthcare Career Panel for all students interested! Attendees will be exposed to a variety of healthcare careers and will have the opportunity to learn from several healthcare professionals with ties to Barton or the Wilson area, including a physical therapist, occupational therapist, veterinarian, physician, and nurse.
