🩺💙 Nursing students in action!

Several of our students worked alongside Anne Reagan, FNP-C, School of Nursing Lecturer, Valley Health professionals, and licensed phlebotomists at the 6th Annual LiveWell SU Health Fair!

Faculty and staff had access to blood testing, including CMP, lipid panels, CBC, TSH, and A1C, as well as flu shots.

The program begins at 9am, with local radio host Barry Lee as our emcee. The program includes:
- A panel on youth mental health concerns in our community;
- A panel to raise awareness of community access to mental health services;
- A keynote address by Dr. Alyssa Ward, Chief Deputy Commissioner of the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Services.

🎉 Excellence continues at Shenandoah University!

The Eleanor Wade Custer School of Nursing continues to provide one of Virginia’s best educational opportunities. Shenandoah’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing program is ranked No. 2 among private universities in Virginia!

Earlier this year, Shenandoah’s nurse-midwifery program was also recognized as the No. 1 program in the state. U.S. News will release its 2027 Best Graduate Schools rankings next spring.

Adding to this exciting momentum, Shenandoah University has climbed an impressive 27 spots in the national university rankings over the past two years!
