ity River Campus at Cool Spring (1400 Parker Lane, Bluemont, Va.), 195 acres of pure beauty and stillness along a 1.5-mile stretch of the Shenandoah River. A former golf course, the property has 5 paved miles of pathway, ideal for a leisurely walk. The Shenandoah University River Campus at Cool Spring is unique. It's an experiential, outdoor campus. It is an academic facility. It's a co-curricular facility for non-academic programs such as athletics and student life. And, it's a community facility that individuals and organizations can use. The Shenandoah University River Campus at Cool Spring is exactly 18.5 miles east of Shenandoah's main campus in Winchester. Simply take Rt. 7 (Berryville Avenue) east and cross the Shenandoah River. Take the very first left after crossing the river onto road number F709. Follow the road to the former club house.
