Warrior volleyball goes 1-2 at the UP Open

MARQUETTE, Mich. – Winona State opened the 2026 season at the UP Open with a 1-2 weekend which included head coach Tricia Melfy's first win with the Warriors.

135 Warriors receive Academic Achievement Awards from the Division 2 Athletics Directors Association

CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Division 2 Athletics Directors Association (D2 ADA) announced the 2025-26 recipients of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Awards. Winona State had 135 student-athletes earn an Academic Achievement Award.

Javier Ramos Casariego voted NSIC preseason men’s golf athlete of the year; Warriors selected first

BURNSVILLE, Minn. – The Winona State men's golf team was selected first in the 2026 NSIC Men's Golf Preseason Coaches' Poll. Javier Ramos Casariego was named Preseason Men's Golfer of the year.
