As the first secret society created for college women, Alpha Delta Pi has grown to become an amazing 160-year-old tradition of excellence. The Eta Upsilon chapter of Alpha Delta Pi was reinstalled at Wake Forest University in 2009 and continues to uphold this same level of excellence. We are a diverse group of women who play active roles in the Wake Forest and Winston-Salem communities. We are inv

olved in everything from Student Government, Student Union, and Wake TV to H.O.P.E., club sports, and the Student Orientation Advising Leadership Council, just to name a few. FOREVER:
On May 15, 1851, Alpha Delta Pi became the first secret society for college women; thus, becoming the founding mother for sororities everywhere. There is a special sense of pride and tradition when you become part of a sorority that has successfully endured for over a century and a half. Being the first sorority in the world, we have set a high precedent for all those that follow. LIFELONG VALUES:
An Alpha Delta Pi is a woman who is loyal and honest in all her words and actions. She holds herself in high esteem and integrity. She takes pride in her strength of character and steadfast ambition. She holds her friendships close to her heart and brings happiness to others through her kindness and service. LEADERSHIP AND SCHOLARSHIP:
There are many opportunities for members to demonstrate their leadership skills, whether becoming part of the ADPi executive board or attaining the position of an officer. In addition to leadership, academics are a top priority for the sisters of Alpha Delta Pi. Sisters gather together to help each other with homework and studying! OPPORTUNITIES TO BETTER YOUR FUTURE:
Being part of an ADPi Chapter, you will be exposed to endless opportunities on campus and within Alpha Delta Pi nationally. You will also have the opportunity to hear the amazing stories of guest speakers from all over the world. Within the national organization of Alpha Delta Pi, sisters are invited to attend leadership conferences as well as receive awards individually or as a chapter. Being a sister of the Alpha Delta Pi, you can expect to make friendships that will last a lifetime. Between Greek Week and Homecoming, formals/mixers and fundraisers, you can expect your years as an ADPi to be filled with excitement and laughter! GO ADPi!
