This year, the Class of 2030 became the second incoming class at Wake Forest University to complete CliftonStrengths, the world’s leading talent assessment rooted in strengths-based development.

Used by organizations around the world, including more than 90% of Fortune 500 companies, CliftonStrengths is helping Wake Forest explore how understanding individual talents can shape the next generation of students, leaders and changemakers.
