LeanBack Soul Food provided free Thanksgiving dinners Saturday to people at Bailey Park in downtown Winston-Salem.

These fabulous Salem women competed in the 2020 NCICU Ethics Bowl held recently at the Legislative Complex in Raleigh, NC.

They won all four regular rounds, made it to the semifinals, and 3rd overall among 26 competing institutions.

Hello all!
Below is CWEB's December calendar outlining the abundance of free entrepreneurial programming and education available via our local ecosystem. Last night twelve Salem siblings finished 54 hours (a full weekend) of developing businesses and competing in the Techstars Startup Weekend held at the Center for Design Innovation. And Salem once again performed very well with students participating on all three winning teams!

Dear Salem Community:

I am pleased to share the wonderful news with you that the Board of Trustees has voted to transition President Sandra J. Doran from interim president to president of Salem Academy and College. Sandy graciously accepted the Board’s offer and immediately becomes Salem’s 21st president. The press release linked below contains more details.
