Our dining program offers interactive teaching kitchens and elevated culinary experiences throughout the semester, giving students new opportunities to explore food, connect with friends, and learn from our culinary team.

Whether you're joining one of our monthly teaching kitchens, gathering around the table for a Farm Table Dinner, or stopping by a pop-up for a scratch-made treat, there's always something new to discover. Dining at Salem Academy & College goes far beyond the plate!

We're proud to spotlight a few of the North Carolina partners helping bring local flavor to campus.

From Hudson, NC, Blue Ridge Apiaries produces wildflower honey through a fourth-generation family operation and the state's only FDA-regulated producer-owned honey processing facility. Next from Raleigh, NC, Carolina Kettle crafts small-batch kettle-cooked potato chips inspired by bold Carolina flavors while supporting local food banks through every bag sold.
Lastly, from Charlotte, NC, Bruce Julian Heritage Foods creates the Original Carolina Couch Mix, a savory blend featuring North Carolina peanuts, crackers, and corn nuts.

We're proud to partner with businesses across the state that celebrate local ingredients, community connections, and the unique tastes that make North Carolina special. Make sure to stop by The Café and give them all a try!

The allgood® station in the Refectory is free of the top nine allergens and open daily for lunch and dinner.

The station features guests' favorites as well as unique made-to-order options. Our menus are transparent and can be found on our website and on digital signage within the location so all guests can feel confident about what they’re eating.

Make sure to try out our allgood® station next time you are dining in the Refectory.

This station features classic burgers daily along with a weekly special. You can stop by this week and try their Mediterranean inspired special menu, serving up gyro meat, chicken souvlaki, hummus, roasted red peppers, and so many more fresh toppings!
