❤️ Our New Look 🖤

Our first-semester teacher candidates are showing off their new Education polos and proudly representing our Polk State College Teacher Education program in our local schools 👕🍎

At Polk State College, preparing future educators means more than learning about the profession in a college classroom. Our teacher candidates gain firsthand experience in real school settings, where they begin developing the skills and confidence needed to lead their future classrooms.

Through field experiences, they learn about:
📚 Effective teaching strategies
🙌 Classroom management techniques
⭐ Professionalism and expectations in school settings
🍎 Building relationships and creating positive learning environments

We are proud of these future educators as they take their first steps toward making a difference in students' lives! The journey to becoming a highly effective educator starts at Polk State College...SOAR, Eagles 🦅
