Are you planning on graduating this fall?

If you’re nearing the finish line, now is the time to make sure you’ve completed your graduation application!

Here’s how to apply:

Complete the graduation application located on the home page of your Degree Navigator.
Visit LSUA.edu and review the Graduate Checklist.
If you have questions about the graduation process, email [email protected].

Important: The last day to submit your graduation application is October 21, 2026.

It’s another Meet the Team Monday! Over the next several weeks, we’ll continue introducing you to the people who help keep the Registrar’s Office running smoothly.

Today, we’re highlighting Andrew Hirchak, Assistant Registrar!
Andrew is truly the glue that holds the Registrar’s Office together. As Assistant Registrar, he is primarily responsible for building academic and course schedules and serves as our go-to in-house IT expert. Whether he’s solving a technical issue, keeping schedules on track, or helping the team navigate a problem, Andrew is always there to lend a hand and keep things running smoothly.

When he’s not at work, Andrew enjoys spending time with dogs, relaxing, and staying active.

We’re so thankful to have Andrew as part of the Registrar’s Office team! Get to know Andrew and the rest of our team as we continue our Meet the Team Monday series!

If your Degree Navigator is 100% complete and you have discussed graduation with your advisor, it’s time to apply for graduation!

THE DEADLINE TO APPLY FOR FALL 2026 GRADUATION IS OCTOBER 21, 2026!

Don’t miss this important deadline! Make sure you complete the following steps:

TODAY IS THE DEADLINE, GENERALS!

Today, August 26, is the last day to add or drop a course without receiving a “W” (withdrawal) on your transcript.

Don’t forget about your Academic Engagement Assignment (AEA)! The AEA is due today, and students who do not complete it will be dropped from their class.

If you are dropped from a class and would like to be added back, you may email the Registrar’s Office at [email protected] to request to be added back to the course.

Meet the Team Monday is here!

Over the next several weeks, we’ll be introducing you to the people who make up the LSUA Registrar’s Office! We hope these posts give our students a chance to get acquainted with our staff and learn a little more about the people who are here to help them along their academic journey.

Today, we’re introducing our University Registrar, Bobi Delaney!

Bobi serves as LSUA’s University Registrar and is always ready to answer questions and help navigate the many moving parts of academic records and policies. She oversees athletic eligibility, reviews academic policies and data governance, and develops the university’s academic calendar, along with many other responsibilities that keep the Registrar’s Office running smoothly.

Outside of work, Bobi enjoys spending time with her kids, baking bread, and running.

Spring Commencement 2026 is here, and we can’t wait to celebrate the incredible accomplishments of the Class of 2026.

Ceremony Location: Laborde Earles Coliseum
Graduates may begin arriving at 7:00 a.m.
Family and guests may enter beginning at 8:00 a.m.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m.
