In 2018, Emily Howerton was awarded the prestigious NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship, we she is a PhD student at Penn State.

Senior, Abby Haywood, had an internship in Long Island New York this summer! She did radiochemistry work in the Isotope Production Department at Brookhaven National Lab. Great job Abby we are proud of you!

As the school year begins, we wanted to highlight our players’ summer accomplishments! This summer senior, Paige Nicely, worked in Ghana. During her time at Ashesi University, Paige worked on a consulting project for the local Municipality. She worked in a group with two Ashesi students, and they looked into the education system in the local area. They were studying the declining pass rate of the BECE exam. They spent time researching factors that affected the performance on the exam, and their final product was recommendations for the municipality to put in place to improve the passing rate of the BECE exam. Paige and her research partners presented these recommendations to the university and the municipality in hopes that they will implement the recommendations. Overall, Paige found the experience to be eye opening on the adversities that are in an education system in Ghana. Her favorite part was when they conducted field interviews, and she got to talk one-on-one with students and teachers and learn about their lives and experiences.

We are so proud of our team’s hard work in the classroom and on the golf course during the 2025-26 school year! Congratulations to rising seniors, Abby Haywood & Morgan Erdmann, on receiving Academic All District & WGCA Academic All American 2025-26. Our team finished the spring semester strong with a GPA of 3.71! Congratulations to rising junior, Sarah Buchholtz, who maintained a 4.0 this semester! We are looking forward to our upcoming fall season!!💛🖤⛳️
