Model UN Since Before the UN
The oldest Model UN program in the world, Model United Nations at Clark University dates back to simulations of the Permanent Court of Arbitration around the start of the First World War. After that war's end and the creation of the League of Nations, Clark participated in collegiate Model League's around the Northeast through what was then called the International Rel

ations Club. Eventually the United Nations was formed and we took that up too. Our Model UN team has risen through the rankings and is now counted among the top four teams in New England, along with Harvard and Yale, in addition to being ranked #17 in North America overall. Barriere '42, LLD '69
Executive Director of the House Democratic Steering and Policy Committee (1965–78)
Barriere led the International Relations Club as its president while at Clark and went on to serve as an aide to three Democratic speakers of the House, including Tip O'Neill, Jr.

MUN at Clark ends its roll across North America with an impressive performance this year, breaking the top 30 in North America!

We are thankful for the hard work, dedication, long nights, and early mornings that our team has put in to get us to this point. None of this would have been possible without the guidance of the 2025-2026 E-Board, the performance of the team, and the close knit, friendly culture which we have cultivated this year.

A special thank you to all of the freshmen who have made MUN at Clark more than a club, but a group of friends who have contributed to numerous conferences, and have helped foster a special community here at Clark.

Another special thank you to our exiting executive board who have contributed hundreds of hours to organizing dozens of logistics meetings, simulations, and team bonding events.

We are thankful for our team, and the dedication they have put into MUN at Clark.

We are incredibly excited to continue our roll across North America, and break top 25 during the 2026-2027 year.

It has been a beautiful year, and we appreciate all that you guys have done for Model UN at Clark. Your contributions, hard work, and friendship has added something special to this team, and we will forever cherish that.

MUN at Clark ends its triumphant North America tour at LAMUN in Los Angeles, California. LAMUN is a wonderful conference hosted by our friends at . We are incredibly proud of our delegates hard work, and diligence at our final conference of the season.

MUN at Clark has rolled across North America, and once again put our names on the map. We are excited to come back even stronger next season (although we are just as excited for a break this summer). MUN at Clark continues to challenge convention, and change the world at each destination we land at. ROLL COUGS! 🐾🐾🐾

The first weekend of April, MUN at Clark competed at , in the windy Chicago. The team took home a gavel and continues to roll across North America! 🐾

The team participated in a mix of Crisis and Specialized committees ranging a wide array of topics like Shenzen, Galveston, and Peru. The team got creative, and admired some beautiful art.

ChoMUN is our second to last conference of the season, and we are incredibly proud of our team. We cannot stop rolling across North America, and representing Clark in all the best ways.

Also- did somebody mention CougarMUN I? 🙂‍↔️
