Have you ever imagined running your own restaurant, starring in a cooking show, or whipping up the perfect after school snack for your friends? Then get ready—because the Super Star Chef Cooking Camp is serving up a summer full of flavor, fun, and hands on kitchen adventures for participants ages 9–12.
This FREE program requires no previous cooking experience. You’ll receive your own cooking tools and dive into a delicious lineup of activities, including:
• Mastering real chef skills like chopping, dicing, blending, folding, and whipping
• Creating tasty homemade dishes such as fiesta dip, fruit & yogurt parfaits, pizza, carrot muffins, and more
• Exploring foods that fuel your body and keep you energized
• Learning to read nutrition labels and practicing what it means to be “food safe”
• Visiting a local Farmers Market, enjoying movement breaks, and taking home your own apron, chef hat, utensils, completion certificate, and other surprises.

Super Star Chef will be held at the Greenup Co. Extension Office (35 Wurtland Ave., Wurtland)

Two sessions are available this summer—please register for one session only. Each session will run from 10am-2pm daily. Space is limited and spots fill quickly, so sign up early.
